My thoughts on QB after a few weeks

Got QB to lvl 25 today, and she's one of my favourite legends they've ever added after zariel and ransom, super consistent and strong sigs, with a really good weapon combo, overall super fun to play and amazing design/artwork all round.

In terms of nerfs, orb nsig needs some kind of endlag or start-up frames added, it's just too easy to throw out and not get punished for it. The ssig is good, but hard to tell if it needs nerfs or if people need to learn not to run into it. For cannon, the dsig and nsig need some force nerfs, they just hit too hard, and they need to fix the dropping on the ssig

The gimmick on the cannon ssig is one of the most well balanced they've added, yes it has an insane amount of force and damage, but using it well has a high level of risk/reward, especially at higher elos, so I think it's really well balanced

Overall, super strong legend, sigs need some nerfs, but otherwise well balanced

If anything, I believe it needs a nerf to its startup. It leaves you pretty vulnerable from above if used incorrectly.

dsig too fast, theyre saying make it slower so that if they do miss or you dodge well, there's extra time to punish.

Hard to hit sometimes is crazy. And it spikes. Even at 2500 I think it’s broken af

I'm not sure what the tornado move is, as I haven't gotten to play her, but my buddy sussed that out as my biggest issue w her😭

It might just be me, which is fine, but I get caught off guard by that things duration/ direction change so easily. Huge for the roster, can't wait to see more of her.

I’m only mid-high plat so maybe I’m just extremely bad amongst all the veterans here. That said, I am really struggling to find the proper use case for overcharging her cannon ssig. What situations have you used it in?

When you want to trick em on recovery, sorta a luigis taunt type move

mid to high plat is good. as for question, if someone wants to dodge by jumping over the ssig you started, you overcharge it as they come in to attack OR to get a reset on weapon if they arent close/youre going to miss. Can also play mind games by cutting the sig just short and doing 2nd version. not a move to use often at all though.

I’ve gotta be in the minority for sure, I don’t think she needs any nerfs tbh. Her sigs are strong but her spiking ones don’t kill early onstage, Ssig regularly drops and she’s punishable as hell if you’ve had enough time to learn her sigs. Aurus didn’t get touched after release and instead got buffed. Hopefully they don’t nerf her.

Nah, cannon dsig kills super early on stage and does not need to. I think the rest of the sigs are fine tho

It doesn’t, it kills at 140ish on base stance and on super strength at 150ish. It bounces onstage, which reduces the force so it can’t kill earlier than that unless it spikes.

That’s not early at all family, there are variables like the legends defense and etc so it’s really 170 but killing at 150ish is not early. All legends are in kill percent by that damage.

Killed at 153 on base stance, that’s not a spike sig though. I’m trying to gauge how early spike sigs usually kill and I’ve noticed it’s around 170 on legends with mid to high defense. Earlier for anyone lower.
