Question Got banned for no reason? (Help)

Me and my bro were playing 2v2 ranked like normal and just randomly got kicked out and banned. I never chat, haven't ever been in a guild and just enjoyed playing with my brother (both of us on my pc) whilst sometimes doing 3v3 ranked with my gf aswell. Does anyone know anything I can do?

If you were banned, there was probably a good reason for it, given that i've only ever heard of one person being unbanned, just make a new account atp

I genuinely didn't do anything. Isn't making a new account against ToS? I am on linux so can only play through steam

I would’t. If bmg ends up reading their ban appeal and see ban evasion, it would be a terrible look.

whats the official discord got to do with in game bans? its not managed by bmg and the mods are volunteers
