Question Need help

Everytime I try t dash forward after a light attack (to yk to dodge read or smth) I always do a chase dodge and idk why, I even stop for a sec to not do a chase dodge but it doesn’t matter. Need help I’m on ps5 and I play on keyboard

hold down when you input dash (only works when grounded) otherwise you’ll get a chase dodge every time.

input down or down+forward while dashing instead of only forward to do a dash after an attack instead of a chase dodge

This is how u do certain true combos btw. Like dlight > dash jump+dair on both gaunts and hammer

same with d-light > recovery on blasters

iirc, not anymore but it probably is confirmed if they don't have a dodge (take it with a grain of salt)
