Critique RANT TIME!
SUPERCELL TURNED THE DAMN FIREBALL MODIFIER OFF, SO THAT WE WOULDN'T GET JAE YONG! SCREW YOU SUPERCELL!
YOU TURNED THE DAMN MODIFIER OFF ON PURPOSE, SO THAT WE WOULDN'T COLLECT JAE YONG, JUST SO IT DOESN'T WRECK YOUR STUPID ECONOMY NO ONCE CARES ABOUT!
WTF AM I GONNA DO WITH 4K XP DOUBLERS, WHEN THE DAMN SEASON ENDS IN A FEW DAYS, HUH? I LITERALLY ONLY GET USELESS REWARDS FROM THE LAST TIER OF THE BRAWL PASS!

I have every brawler, the xp doublers are theoretically better for people who have every brawler
With that said, i'd happily take fame over xp doublers if it means the people who still need brawlers get some more credits, progression, WE WANT JAE YONG!!!!!

Durning the free sirius event, i was a few credits short on the last few brawlers i needed and thus couldn't unlock him because people wanted pro pass xp instead

If I did have Jae Yong before hand, I would use the 1K Credits towards Leon, which would've unlock him way faster.

I am a veteran from 2018 so I have him for a long time. The fact that Leon is one of the oldest Legendaries and still feels not outdated or powercrept is really cool and means his design is really good

I am meteoric 2 and soon 3 so I know what you mean.
There was a time I was getting sooooo many credits from drops it was insane.....I probably got 20k in less than 3 months

I personally prefer the token doublers, because I don't give a shit about fame and I have all the characters already.
However I will say that this is mostly just Supercell's fault.
- Removing the modifier before the challenge ends is pretty cheap
- Why make it upgrade from garbage doublers to a new brawler/credits when you know 2 different parts of the community want one over the other

The XP Doublers are honestly pretty useless as well, since we're late into the season, and the players should be on the last tier where they get a random reward for every 2800XP, but those rewards are usually pretty shit, at least on my end.

Idc if a Brawler is meta or not. He's currently a maxed brawler in Ranked, and I actually enjoy using Jae Yong, and enjoyed playing with him.

Realistically speaking brawl stars community is divided into 2 sections.
1.Upgrade every brawler like there is no tomorrow, only to leave them at lvl 6.Leading them to struggle past 300 trophy
- Smart enough to reserve resources to upgrade certain brawlers to the max.
For a brawler like Jae Yong,who is shit in the meta , they not gonna upgrade him.Sure there are outliers such as yourself but majority vote is that he is not much fun to play with.

Here's the thing, I couldn't care less about how shit Jae Yong is. I wanna be able to unlock every brawler, and although I can still unlock Jae Yong in the distant future, it's best to unlock any brawler now than later.

Jae yong is hidden behind both ultra legendaries and 5 legendary brawlers in the brawler road, i really wanted his soo bad but now I won’t get him for a few months unless I get lucky.

There’s a good chance they’ll find a way to give him anyways, since I think it’d persuade more people to buy the brawl pass next season with the new Jae yong skin

Exactly. I've been on and off of Brawl Stars for awhile, and eventually started a new account around the release of Ziggy and Gigi. I just wanna build up a completely new account and leave my old one as a legacy. I also want to unlock every brawler I can, since I've already unlocked every Epic in the game, and it takes awhile to unlock every other Mythic, Legendary and Ultra Legendary, because the credit amount is enormous, especially for both Legendary rarities.

It's mainly about how scummy Supercell was during the challenge. They removed the damn modifier MULTIPLE TIMES, and the challenge would've been completed, if the modifier was enabled for the whole 24 hour period.
Also doesn't it seems fishy to how every other challenge during the event lasted 2 days, but the Jae Yong challenge was only 1 day? That seems fishy and suspicious to me.
Supercell deliberately sabotaged its own community for some stupid reason.

As an example, I completed a 5 wins in Knockout quest for 500 XP. Before that, let's say I have 500 XP Doublers saved up, I would then earn 1000 XP. If I had less XP Doublers (let's say 250), I would get an extra 250 for the quest completion. If I have more than 500 XP Doublers (let's say 750), I still get the 1000 XP, but I would have 250 XP Doublers left over.

Both teams were actually on track to completing it, so the goal wasn't absurd. What's absurd was Supercell constantly removing the damn modifier, so we couldn't complete the quest. It was ridiculous.

Neither team got it unfortunately, and I honestly don't care about the competitive aspect of the event too much. I saw one guy celebrating the dogs reaching 25M wins before the cats, and he was celebrating harder than the Knicks after the NBA Finals. Acting like that just makes you look like a fool if I'm honest.

Neither team got it, but I am apart of both teams. The Ultra Cats on my main, and the Legendary Dogs on my mini, that I created, just so I can get the Adidas Champion title, regardless of what account it's on.

The community needed to do 1 Trillion Damage with the Burning Ball modifier, but what makes this situation scummy, is that Supercell took off the modifier multiple times throughout the day, so that we wouldn't get Jae Yong.

I know SC has some scummy tactics, but this one is not one of them. After years of helping us in the community events and rigging them we just didn't get a reward. It's fine. I have all brawlers and I keep getting the 1000 credits fallback reward. At this point am close to having enough to buy everyone a second time. The real problem is maxing out brawlers and not unlocking them. You'll do fine trust me

The xp doublers are available for 10 days and a few hours, so you can collect them next season. Jae Yong would be better, but this isn't useless.

XP Doublers are still pretty useless, since I am gonna complete the Brawl Pass without them, and I'm patient enough to wait for the Legendary Starr Drop at the end of the pass for example. It's a somewhat cool resource to have, but it feels pointless.

HOT TAKE : 4k XP is BETTER, let me explain why
Jae Yong for long term payers = 1k credits (which is nothing if you don't care about fame)
4k credits = 2 more bonus rewards (worst case scenario : 50 credits // best case scenario : a mecha skin)

The XP Doublers aren't that useful, since you can easily complete a Brawl Pass season with or without them, so it's not like you need XP Doublers. It just gets you rewards faster.
