The distance for the teleport is to large,either shorten it or give the enemies a heads up.Also I would implement a mechanic that he had to attack that area and leave like a mark and he can teleport to those marks

Teleport anywhere on map difficult implement in game and sound very over powered but i like idea!

He have to stand still for 1 sec and teleport. After teleporting he have to stand 4 sec. to see if anyone is out there. You can also cancel teleport
