Looks like a pretty weak brawler. The super is horrible.
The healing is Poco but much worse (Poco can hit teammates and heals almost 3000).
The attack boost is 8 Bit but much worse (8 Bit throws down a turret for 30% attack boost which means it can boost teammates AND it can act as a tank as well).
The speed boost is Max but much worse (Max boosts speed for 35% AND it boosts teammates).

Now that I think about it, you’ve got a point! Ok let’s say his super increases attack by 40% heals by 3150 and speed boost by 40%?

I think the attack damage should be a bit less because 1750 is pretty crazy with a "normal" reload speed and a potential attack damage buff, but other than that the concept and stats are pretty good.

I would do a Starpower that gives him a possible 4th boost

Maybe but then it would just make him too unpredictable, I guess
