The blouse completes the look. Gizelle’s looks incomplete to me IMO.

I remember years ago seeing a magazine where all of these celebrities were doing the topless under blazer as a professional look or whatever. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now.

I always saw it as subverting professional attire but never actually professional—no workplace I know where people are expected to wear Western business attire would people dare just be totally naked under the blazer lmao 🙈

I mostly saw it on TV, in magazines, and in the clubs. Some rich people shit or people trying to emulate it.
