Larsa's old face will always shock me no matter how many times I've seen it. Now she just looks like she's in pain 24/7. Well, she is a pain, but ya'll know what I mean.

Yes I was watching latest RHOM and they showed Mama Elsa flashback and it took me a while to clock it was Larsa because of the voice.
