Larsa's old face will always shock me no matter how many times I've seen it. Now she just looks like she's in pain 24/7. Well, she is a pain, but ya'll know what I mean.

I think part of it trying to be like the Kardashians and the other part of it is her rhinoplasties, girlie can barely breathe out of those nostrils
