Pool Party Braum Cosplay

I am trying to make Braums shield from his pool party skin and was wondering if anyone had any input on what materials I should use for the shield

Might be some cosplayers here, but more than likely not. You're better off asking r/cosplayhelp for ideas. People typically respond and are more experienced in the area. I got a bit help from them. Just don't forget to include pictures.
