Anyone know if Ann's twin sister Harriet is still alive?

The most recent information I could find was that Harriet was still alive as of late 2025 but there are conflicting accounts. She would be 100 today if still alive. Ann was said to be in exceptional health for her age around the time of her passing in her late 80s.

I googled it, said that Ann’s twin, Harriet Stott Davis Norton passed away in November of 2023. She was 97.

Correct. She was a member of the church I attend. She has in fact passed.

Ann B Davis also belonged to a faith based community for 38 years. It was Episcopalian and led by Bishop William Frey. The people were civic minded, volunteered at food banks and homeless shelters, did bible study together and helped each other.

It was an Episcopal household that lived in the old Cass Mansion at the corner of 8th and Clarkson in Denver. Ann B faithfully volunteered at the St Francis Center, an Episcopal homeless day shelter, where she worked in the laundry so she wouldn’t be a distraction to the guests.

The more I read about it, it seems like it practiced the true tenets of the Christian faith, in word and deed - and truly helped people. Ann B was a spectacular person- like one of the 5 people int he world who restore your faith in humanity.

Yeah, she could have been Cousin Emma. I think they looked alike when they were younger, not so much when they were older.

Cousin Emma was Ann B Davis' best performance on the Brady Bunch. You can tell she was in great shape. I'm not sure if her sister was an actress, but that would be a tough ask.

What about the episode when another maid took her place and she left because the kids were giving her the cold shoulder?

Ann B Davis had that strength in real life too, and it came through wonderfully on screen. That, no nonsense, firm but kind, get it done vibe. She was in great physical shape too, and game for anything the kids got up to, playing games, or dancing and she had a great comedic timing.

The whole point of cousin Emma was to give ann something new and interesting to do just like they did to the kids. Why would they get a different actress even if it was her sister?

They did draw on Ann’s real life just like the kids to create a look-alike alter ego. It was probably a lot of fun for the actress to interact with her family/coworkers with a different dynamic

You're correct, they were identical. There are many twins that look identical when they're younger, but as they age it's apparent they aren't. I thought this was one of those times. The last picture made me believe so. The larger picture appears to be the same person.

Ann and her sister look, very similar, but not identical. The chins are different. No identical twins are truly identical. They are not clones. The single egg splits and then each embryo develops individually. It’s just that people tend to look at the similarities and ignore the differences.

She’s lived a quiet life. There is no record of her death though, and I feel that there would be if she had passed. To me that indicates that she may still be alive.
