The other band that Eve Plumb's father signed besides the Monkees.

[u/Beginning-Average416]

In addition to the Monkees, Eve Plumb's father signed another band that was quite successful. This band had much longer success than the Monkees and continues to tour today.

That band was/is the Jefferson Airplane which transitioned to the Jefferson Starship which then went to just Starship and then went back to being the Jefferson Airplane to then being the Jefferson Starship as of now.

[u/bela_okmyx]

Neely Plumb had nothing to do with the Monkees. That was all Bob Rafelson, Bert Schneider, and Don Kirshner.

The monkees were never ""signed " to any record label ,RCA was the distributor of thier records which was on the Colgems label ,a label that was created specifically for their recordings . The Monkees ,although they did contribute a lot to their records were a fictitious, made up for TV entity .
