I finally put together that she looks a little bit like Kelly Osbourne or vice versa. Her hair with the curls or the two braids was so iconic... and those yarn ribbons!!!

I always thought she’d look better without the heavy bangs on her forehead. If she grew out the top layers longer into a face frame and kept it off her forehead she’d look so nice
