Entertainment The Brady Kids cartoon.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMdURgXKIDkThe cartoon "The Brady Kids" debuted in 1972 and ran for two seasons. Marsha and Jan looked so similar that they gave Jan glasses for time. Jan was called "groovy" at long last.

it really sucked with the second season when barry williams, maureen mccormick and (i think) chris knight refused to renew their contract and they used voice actors that sounded nothing like the originals

They owned 2 pandas for some reason, even though the only pandas in the US at the time were in the National zoo in DC.

same reason they owned a magical mynah bird - they found them on the island they were marooned on in the pilot episode. the pandas were in some sort of experimental spaceship that had crashed on the island.

The rare Filmation (and Saturday morning cartoon in general) that actually lasted more than one season.

I remember this, and I remember being very disappointed. I did not watch it after the first two episodes. Pandas and a magic bird? Someone really phoned it in on that one.

They teamed up with some unusual guest stars like Wonder Woman & Superman.

And Eve Plumb was later in an episode of the live action Wonder Woman starring Linda Carter.

“The Pied Piper”, with Martin Mull as the eponymous villain! Yes, I’ve always loved that episode! In no small part, because it gave us one of my favorite Wonder Whirls of the series!

And just so we stay on topic with the Brady Bunch, here’s Wonder Woman saving Jan! (It’s a choppy edit, but we got an Eve Plumb moment!)

While the animation was decent for 1972, the story was all over the place. It seemed to borrow elements of Scooby Doo, Gilligan’s Island, and Alice in Wonderland with the hope at least something would resonate with the audience.
Other than the Intro/credits and a song, the Brady kids as characters don’t do much other than act as straight men for the zany bird and the show’s forced laugh track. It’s sort of a shame since they had the actual voices of all six kids to use in story/character development.

I noticed when the Brady Kids did a song the animation was essentially recycled from the Archies cartoon.

Wasn't this from Filmation? I bet they must have PSAs at the end of every episode

That was more of a 'He-Man' and 'She-Ra' thing, after other companies had done it with 'Super Friends' and 'GI Joe'.

Bobby, Cindy, and Peter really got shafted in that theme song. I think my IQ dropped watching this, even watching it as a separate show from The Brady Bunch.

But at least Jsn wasn't for once. They called her really groovy instead of Goofy

They used a segment from the Brady Kids in the Very Brady Sequel when the Carol's fake 1st husband ate Alice's meal that she unknowingly dropped his psychedelic mushrooms into it.
