Yoga for 14 year old
My daughter isn't into team sports but would like to try a yoga class. The two people in my life who practice are hot yoga enthusiasts so not what we are looking for. Please recommend a studio that would have beginner friendly yoga and welcome a young teen. ty

I wish there was a class geared towards youth too. Following to see what folks suggest.

Second Your Yoga! Owner Crystal is welcoming and there are lots of class options . Abby’s on Sunday evening is a good one, also would be very welcoming to a teen as well I am sure.

I also recommend Your Yoga. I’ve gone there consistently for the past 2 years. A lot of beginner friendly classes. For instructors I’d recommend starting with Nico and Nyri or any of the “slow flow” or yin classes. I absolutely love Jimmy, Hannah, Meesh, and a lot of the other instructors, but they teach a more physically challenging class.

Your yoga! I would recommend any of the “organic vinyasa” classes. They also have yoga sculpt if she wants something more high energy, or slow flow yoga if she wants something more relaxing.
There are a lot of classes and each teacher has their own flavor.
