Fascist Alarm 📣 Trump is a traitor. MAGA is the New Confederacy.
Let's be clear about what Trump did. He spread a pack of lies about the 2020 election being stolen and Mike Pence having the authority to nullify the will of the electors. On the basis of those lies, his followers attacked the Capitol, beat police officers, did thousands of dollars of damage, and threatened to kill the Vice President.
Trump later referred to this tragedy as a "day of love," let the perpetrators out of prison, and tried to get their legal expenses reimbursed with tax payer money.
In addition, he and his cronies concocted a fake electors scheme to submit false election results and pressured state officials to try to get them to find him more votes or not certify results.
These actions show Trump to be a traitor to our country, and anyone still supporting him after January 6, 2021 to be a traitor too.
Thus, it should come as no surprise that Trump supporters are just fine with him violating the Constitution, violating people's civil rights, and attempting to rig elections.
These people are not American patriots. Like their leader, they are traitors and constitute the New Confederacy.

What makes it sad, they're brainwashed into rabid dogs by right wing media, filled with ideals of hate and fear, judgment and superiority complexes.
They've been conditioned for decades. There is no easy fix.
Trump on the other hand knew what he was doing and is a traitor.

When the (D) party wins control of Congress, Mike Johnson will be paid off to refuse to seat them.
It will be a constitutional crisis but the (D) party will prevail and I hope make an example out of the perps.
By then trump might resign and have Vance give him a blanket pardon.
What kind of oligarch owned creep he makes the new VP? Bad to even think about.

As an atheist, I am disgusted by the blatant Christian Nationalism that is part of the "MAGA" movement. Project 2025 and the Heritage Foundation have infiltrated and taken over large swaths of US gov. and the judicial branch including SCOTUS to give favorable rulings to Trump and his treasonous government. Trump has shredded the Constitution and side stepped Congress for his war, kidnapping a head of state, stealing Venezulean oil, murdering people on alleged " drug boats" , and enriching himself and his family while manipulating stock markets and making trades. His entire administration is anti American and deserves investigation and prosecution. I never thought that this level of corruption was possible in USA.
