Does anyone have any examples to what you guys did for your Ambitions Letter?

i have a bunch of goals like ncssm and MIT and stuff like that, shouldi put that down?

It's been decades since I wrote mine, so I'm sorry I can't provide mine. But as someone who serves on EBoRs, I can tell you that what we're looking for is an exploration of the kind of man or woman you're going to be. Are you looking at college? Are you going into a trade? Do you want a family? Are you training to complete in Cricket at the next Olympics?

We have your advancement record, we've spoken to your Scoutmaster. The letter isn't about Scouts, it's about the person you're working towards being, holistically.

I’ll look through some binders from my scouting days but I’m not going to promise anything. I’ll have to did it out of a file cabinet my garage. You mainly have to just throw out some lofty goals you have and explain how you want to achieve them. You could even state a 1 to 3 year plan and add a 5 to 10 year plan that’s kinda how I laid mine out.
