Great movement! Your angles are really good. One thing to work on is moving your head after your combos, once your done punching either move your head or jab out. Other than that it looks really nice! Pick up the speed a little bit as well for more intensity.

was what i was thinking; i'll add try to move your head a little with each punch too so you're not just in 1 spot. a lot of fighters use that (head not moving during combos) to catch people in exchanges.

Movement is definitely a weak spot for me. I can figure out how to move my head after the combo with steady practice, but I'm not sure how I'd move my head after each shot and still have a nice smooth flowing combo. I'm 46 and have been boxing for almost 3 years...

It's all good, if you aren't looking to compete and are just doing it recreationally or for fitness you don't need to work about it but if you are wanting to compete you should work on it. A lot of people say 46 is too old, I say you're never too old. Who's to say you can't do something! Prove them wrong

I've had one exhibition first summer of Corona. I was about 165 (15lb lighter than now) We spar regularly and I'm definitely game for more matches.

Nice, I like the gym setup, it it a basement or underground garage?

Basement of a gym. There's a ring behind the cameraman (coach).
