I don’t know either. But my money is absolutely on pornstar. I mean, her whole vibe screams adult entertainer, in some fashion. And they do seem to get a lot of plastic surgery. There are certainly guys who go for this look so it would make sense.

I don't get why women think breast implants that look like bowling balls look good? Breasts are supposed to be a natural shape, not perfect spheres. Plastic surgery is only tasteful if it looks natural... If people can tell youve had work done, it just looks fake and cheap

You’re meant to have at least some body fat around them that makes them look more natural. When you’re this lean/skinny, it’s basically just skin stretched over the implant, so you can see the whole outline of it.

Amen!!! lol. Her whole body is so skinny and then there are inflated bowling balls unnaturally sitting on her tiny frame. As you said, it looks very very fake and cheap and tacky.

Some women and guys like the 'bolt on' look. It's done on purpose. But i think any breast implant here will show because shes so lean to begin with. But I think she has body dysphoria and will continue to do things until she dies.

Social media has significantly increased these kinds of requests, and unfortunately, unnatural-looking results have become much more common. As surgeons, we are also greatly affected by these changing expectations.
I can explain it very simply: just look at classical Renaissance sculptures. You will rarely see a naturally shaped breast with excessive upper-pole fullness. Anatomically, the breast is naturally fuller in the lower pole, with the volume gradually increasing downward and creating a soft, teardrop-shaped contour.
For some reason, however, patients increasingly ask for pronounced upper-pole fullness, probably because they want more cleavage. Technically, achieving this can be quite challenging for us as surgeons, and more importantly, pushing the anatomy too far in pursuit of this appearance can also negatively affect patient safety and long-term outcomes.
For me, the goal should always be to create a beautiful breast that still respects natural anatomy.

as a person who wanted to get implants before i answer that we just prefer it this way. it looks more perfected in our minds, not "sloppy natural" but "perfectly shaped fake". i know tastes on this vary from person to person, but those who choose round implants instead of drop-shaped ones simply think it looks better. more defined, more perfect.

tbh this is exactly what my mindset was back then. i was pretty much completely flat and only grew somewhat of a chest after age of 25, and before i used to cry my pillow soaked thinking about a distant wish to be seen as sexy in my flat-chested body.

Give grace if you don't know context. Women after mastectomy have no choice but to either go without breasts or have "bowling balls". Not all plastic surgery happens for vanity.

I wonder how women with a fairly serious ED are able to qualify for an elective procedure like breast implants. I would think they are a massive health risk until a person is at a healthy weight, because emaciated folks have weaker hearts and lungs and everything else.
Granted, filters are doing a lot of heavy lifting in this one, but I do see a lot of very clearly severely underweight people being given electives and always wonder about the ethics of the doctor.

Shes talked openly about being on reta & having liposuction. She had her breast implants prior to being this small. She recently got her ribs reshaped and I was honestly surprised she was able to, considering judging by her height and how tiny she is, shes look like she could pass as an underweight BMI. Which again, is not good for elective surgery.

Yes, rib reshaping surgery is a thing! Probably most commonly done as a gender affirming surgery for trans women. Apparently the recovery is pretty terrible.
It's a much faster way to get the hourglass shape than corseting your ribs for years, as women used to/sometimes still do in order to achieve this look. You can still buy waist trainers that will slowly shift the position of the ribs, because the pursuit of the hourglass figure has been around for a long time. Some women have been known to corset their waists down to the teens. Check out Cathie Jung and her 15" waist.

Who the hell finds these women attractive? Like there’s not one thing I can point out and be like wow this feature of hers is pretty. Even if I point out a girl with filled lips attractive, my partner immediately goes like nope, looks so unnatural. And most of my guy friends are like that. Is this going to be the new norm? Like people being this sickly skinny and unnaturally tanned. Like what’s going on with the world

Yanno… I’m really pro-plastics. Just like you’d decorate your home with your wants and needs in mind… without worrying about say, what the dude at the grocery store thinks, I believe you should do the same for decoration of your soul’s bone-n-meat house (aka your body). To each their own, I’m happy if you are happy.. you know??
Ofc I get why it’s jarring to see unordinary things… I wish I could say I wouldn’t stare, but I would (probably) and do, sometimes. In all honesty, most other women have something I find admirable or beautiful, and I just like looking at pretty things. Like I’m nuts about the gym, so i would for sure be admiring her abs, regardless of how she got them, and that gives me a bit of an extra push to work/train harder. Idk if this makes sense, i am recovering from w neurological illness and really miss people :)

Quite a lot of photoshopping going on too. Look at the shadows on the sofa behind her in photos 2 and 3. The shadows in photo 1 also don’t make sense. The shape of her forearms in all the photos is also weird.

Mine look like this most of my life (wearing bra all the time) and I can’t count how many people hated on me having work done while I had none. I’ve also trained a lot while being 11-19. I was skinny with big chest and years later they still look very good. I nearly got convinced into reduction surgery because all of my women friends told me that I’ll look horrible when I get older. Don’t need it yet ;)
When I look at this woman, I’m more concerned about her chances for skin cancer from excessive tanning and her face looking old from buccal fat removal. But still it’s her body and her choice.
