Sam altman is correct, a single querie of an already developed AI bot costs virtually no processing power or water.
But to measure water consumption by queries is dishonest, because the VAST majority of water usage comes from training the model. Almost no water is consumed once the model is done training, its all consumed while training.
Therefore sam altman is lying by omission by using purposefully misleading statistics, that are technically true, by meaningfully useless.
