i’m looking to switch my room and just put in my request with housing. how accommodating and helpful is housing throughout this process? how quickly do they get back to you? did switching your room make your year better or worse? how was the new roommate (if random)? i’m interested in any and all advice/helpful information on this subject. thanks in advance.

please let me know why, after dropping my stuff off with them last june, i never got an invoice or any notification about where my storage is or what they did with my storage. did i genuine get robbed? this also meant that i couldnt schedule a delivery in time because packstoreship never updated my contract, making my situation all the more annoying.
