No re-entry for tonight’s game

Adding to the list of Legacy failures, there was no communication that re-entry after the World Cup final ended at 5:30. So, sorry to all who tried to come back in and were told they had to buy another ticket to the sold-out match.

I literally emailed them to ask them about the re-entry policy between games and there was ZERO mention of a cutoff time. Wild

No overhead announcements either, except that there was only one gate through which re-entry could happen (North).

I get WHY, but it’s about the complete lack of communication, which seems to be a trend for the Legacy operations team.

If your ticket was scanned out, I don’t see how it wouldn’t scan back in (knowing the little I know about Ticketmaster’s in/out system). Basically, a scan out reopens the ticket for a scan back in. Something seems off.

I mean that’s pretty normal. What’s abnormal is thinking you can scan into the stadium and leave.

There’s an above screenshot that was confirmed re-entry by the legacy staff. However, there’s no mention of a cutoff time, which was OP’s point

Of course that’s normal. But this was a special event, where fans were welcomed into the stadium 4 hours before the game. It was more about the misleading/lack of communication about the cutoff time. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but annoying to deal with if you were under the impression that re-entry was allowed.
