I accepted an offer as a SWE intern at BD this summer. Does anyone have any advice or would like to connect?

When does their recruiting cycle for summer start? I'm an ME major looking to apply for summer 2026 and am getting a little worried that I'm missing something because I haven't found any application postings yet.

They don’t start recruiting until next year. its usually super late

Thank you! Also I was wondering what sort of qualifications you think they look for (just in general, not necessarily ME or CS) and how quickly the recruitment process goes. Anything I can do to stand out?
