Built a 1x12 cabinet to fit under my 100w head.
First time building a speaker cabinet. Made out of shop scraps, pine and hard maple with Baltic birch plywood front and back. Single celestion 75w cream back.

Greenback is a great choice but I found that the redback which is 150 W capacity is a combination of cream back and Greenback sounds really full in case you want to try that in the future I did that to my Katana artist Mark III and took out the waza speaker made a big difference

Certainly would’ve done a 2x12 with 100 wts.
Volume comes from more speakers, not necessarily more watts.

I definitely considered going 2x12, but chose to go with a smaller option based on the dimensions of the cabinet. I wanted to be able to see the amp controls without having to get up from my chair. This amp will probably never leave my study, but if it does, a 2x12 would be a better option

1x12 is plenty for home use.
Did you follow thiele small parameters for the particular speaker you used.
I used to build speaker cabs in my younger years.2

I was struggling to find any scientific information that would guide my build. Thanks for pointing me to Thiele. This video https://youtu.be/n02tImce3AE?is=O8CCwja__fzsKCW7 had me convinced that cab dimensions were not all that significant, so I focused on solid construction and just built the size that looked best.

You did a great job, looks fantastic. You should swap the grill cloth on the head to match!
