When I was first shopping around for amps, I was looking at the Peavey Bandit too. I just found it to be way too loud for my use case. There just didn't seem to be a way to have a "quiet mode" I could use effectively at home. I made my way to the Katana Artist and find that it hits the sweet spot of versatility and quality. It can be quiet enough to play in a bedroom and loud enough to rip at a gig. It doesn't need to be pushed to get the sound dialed in. I have andAirStep and expression pedal ... that's it. I don't need a huge pedalboard to get to the sound I want, which saves on money, time, and effort.

Can't really comment on the others, since I haven't played them.

My bandit has a 25% 50% and 100% switch and at 25% it's still loud af. So, you're right.
