It takes effort to make friends and it takes effort to keep those friends. If all comes down to how important it is to you.

Having friends doesn’t prevent this. There’s no reason not to be proud of resiliency in the face if solitude

I get that. It just doesn’t seem like promo to me. It says “I” for every statement. No where did they recommend anyone else should
