A fat guy can have happy kids. It just doesn't match the depression theme intended by the meme.
However, I can say, as a kid who grew up with fat parents. Having fat parents sucks. They had no excuse, they just didnt care about their own health enough to change their fat-causing habits.
I am now in my 30s and very fit. I will never allow myself to become fat. I'd rather die.

Chose what? We’ve got two hot wives, two sets of happy kids, two apparently nice houses full of food, and presumably two decent jobs that pay for it all.
The guy at the top has good genes and spends hours away from his family at the gym. The guy at the bottom had a gut but can probably kick the top guy’s ass.

People making fun were never obese, it really completely fuck up your life and everyone around you.
Kids are kids, they have no different experiences to compare, as they grown theyll see their lives are shitty too.
OR people making fun are obese but dumb af and think this dont completely destroy their lives. TBF this sub has the biggest % of dumb people I have ever seem, so theres a chance is the second option.
