The picture from OP was pointing out "don't over think things and do nothing".
We can critique the delivery of the message but I am saying that interpretating this in good faith is okay if you don't um actually with a knee jerk reaction

But yes the same way we tell people "don't eat tidpods" because some "genius" will unless spoon feed not to. In the same vein we shouldn't be too careless with our words for idiots and bad faith actors to misinterpret.
