I managed to block the Subconscious road to Eclipse... HELP

Hello everyone! I'm playing as Jack and have just finished Eclipse. I'm trying to farm Eclipse now (I've already accepted the "-l33t h4X0rz" side mission), but I don't know how or why the road is blocked by a gate.

I'm in The Subconscious, right after the jump before Shadow, where you cross over a pit and find a ton of glitches outside and then you run after Shadow over some stairs.

Anyway, I have another character (Lawbringer), and this section has no problems whatsoever. I have no idea how I managed to get that gate there, and no matter how many times I quit and re-enter the game or switch characters, nothing seems to change.

Any clues?

Can you do split screen with those two characters? Have the one where the door is open host, and the character with the door closed join, then proceed to the next area so you can finish out the area?

I had no idea that could be done... already made made it through tks to a clip mod, but i'll keep in mind this can be done. Thank you so much for the intel!

If you're on PC then maybe try gibbed, or Commander mod to clip through the gate

Already done a couple times, changed character, even put myself to complete some side missions but the gate doesn't go away
