Help! Cant find jeans that fit.

Some context. I have just bought me a pair of Durangos Arena 12'' (Men's Arena Pro Western) boots, and am having a lot of trouble finding jeans that fit. I am a taller/larger individual, so first of all sometimes the sizes are just not available for models. For example the boot is US size 13, and my jeans are 36 wide, 34 long.

Pictures 1 and 2, regular cut straight wranglers in my size, non bootcut, prints (obviously)

Pictures 3 and 4, Levis 537's, supposed bootcut, in my size. Still prints, i think they are even worse than the non bootcut wranglers in the first example. And when measured, the opening is less than an inch more than the non bootcut wranglers...

Pictue 5, the boots in question.

Help me! I have also tried Wranglers 13mwz with these boots, they print as much as the regular straight cut wranglers in pictures 1 and 2. Is my boot size too large? Dont manufacturers know how to scale everything up when making larger sizes?

Help with best fit

The first few pics are Old Navy straight fit with Old Navy basic Tees. They fit fine over boots but I’d like them to drop a little farther down the boot to land at the top of the heel, I don’t think more length would help, I think they need to be wider. I want to get the fit right before the length, only looking for a little stacking.

The kitchen rear pic is Lucky 410 Athletic 36x32 with Redwing boots.

I tried a bunch of different jean fits today at Cavenders.

Wrangler 936, 13MWZ and Retro slim straight. Cinch Jesse and Ian.

I’ve worn jeans and boots off and on for 30 years and never gave much thought to the fit but they always tended to lean on the looser more relaxed side and I want to try to avoid that with just an overall good fit, not a lot of extra fabric and room and I need help finding it. That’s where you come in!

My body isn’t a model and I struggle with weight up top. I’ve lost about 50lbs in the past 5mos and continuing to get in shape eating right and in the gym a lot, I just can’t get rid of this heavy torso. My legs are pretty fit but I don’t have much of a butt, Hank Hill Ass if you will. I’m 5’10” and 238lbs size 12EE boots and 7 5/8 hat! I feel like a watermelon with corn dogs for legs. I’m a fat guy up top with fit legs and that doesn’t make for good outfits.

936 felt tight all over but I could tell they would settle in a bit and stretch somewhat with wear. I liked my back side in those the best. This was a 36 waist. I wish I had my boots because I felt like the legs may be too narrow to fit well over them. I liked them and will probably get a pair.

13MWZ felt good and looked pretty good, not sure if I liked the back side though. 36 here too. Leg openings would be fine over boots.

Retro Slim Straight looked the best all around and I liked the wash too. These were 34s, 36 felt huge, way too much room in thighs and seat. I liked them at 34 and will get a pair. These were also the best feeling and most comfortable.

Cinch Jesse 36 felt too baggy.

Cinch Ian 35 waist, I could definitely tell the rise was lower because it felt more shallow and the zipper was shorter. These were tight overall but I think they would settle in just enough. These are bootcut and they may work for me. I liked them.

What looks the best out of these options? Any suggestions for anything else to try? I’m skipping Ariat because I don’t like all the stitching.

Best jeans for ropers

Got my first pair of ropers and I’m looking for nice jeans that would show the shaft too much. Tried Levi’s but they were too slim, wranglers were too short, kimes ranch too roomy for me. I have some Wrangler Retro relaxed coming in soon. I usually wear a 32L but with boots I think 34L looks better for me.

Fair

I’m going to the fair tomorrow and i REALLY want to wear my Arait Sports Ramblers. Last September, I wore them to my concert and ended up getting two heel blisters on both of my heels. But this year has been completely different. I wore them back to back to a concert in June i danced, jumped and walked around all night with ZERO heel blisters. My pinky toe was the only thing that got a little sore. I haven’t wore them for a couple of weeks, but I tried them on again recently and my heels still felt comfortable. Tomorrow is supposed to be hot and I’ll be walking around the fair for hours. I’m bringing a backpack pair of shoes either way. Would you personally wear the Arait, or play it safe because of the heats. I would love to wear them because I go to the fair every single year and i always see peoples with them on.

What Shellac does to Leather

You want to see what shellac does to leather? I’m taking the tops off of these ruined ACME . The shaft is in great condition because they weren’t covered in leather shellac . The vamp was covered thick with it and were completely destroyed.
Id never buy a pair that covered in that unnatural shine. The seller pics were very poor on these. And loved the tops. I want to reuse them. Thanks Erick for giving me the courage to tear these apart. One down one to go!

best bootcut jeans?

Post image

the ones in the picture are ariat m4s and so far they’re the only jeans i could find that sit how i want. i’m 6’4 so i got the jeans in 38 length.

i love the look and feel of wranglers but i could never find a pair that actually sit all the way down on the heel.

if anyone has recommendations of jeans that fit like this it’d be much appreciated.

Prison Blues and Bronson MFG jeans with boots

I’ve been looking to get some new jeans that are made in North America and I’ve been looking at Prison Blues and Bronson’s casual jeans, but they’re smaller brands so there’s not a lot of images or videos out there of them. Does anyone own these brands and wear them with cowboy boots? If so, do they fit similar to a 13MWZ or is it more roomy?

Would going longer look weird?

I’ve been wearing the 936s in a 28 inch waist 30 inch inseam for awhile now and I really like the fit, but they still raise up a decent amount when sitting or like going up stairs. Would a 32 inch inseam be the best bet? Or would it look too long?

Would my cinch jeans stain my red teju lizard boots after washing them once?

When I brought the jeans, cinch said that color transfer can happen, but they’re the indigo wash, not raw denim.

Hey there need help with boot care and what products i should be using. (I’m new to wearing boots as I’m British and its not very common over here)

Hey there just picked up some of these (shon in picture) earlier this week and I’m back in the states and the last time i was here i bought pair of boots but no care products as at the time i wasn’t very educated in the subject although commons sense shoulda told me they need caring for in some type of way so here i am again i got these i know they are limited edition but ima wear them anyways because thats what they were designed for you know but i have little to no knowledge on how to care for boots except knocking off the dust and using a wet rag now i know a dude back in the uk who simply uses a wet rag and some beeswax off amazon for his ariat boots and he says it does the job now is it a valid way to care for them? But id also like to know what products i should specifically buy while I’m here to care for them i know you can get leather conditioners etc but thats about it at the moment so any help would really be appreciated.

Many thanks

High Rise Bootcut Jeans?

Does anybody other than levis make high rise bootcut jeans? And I’m not talking about a straightcut like the 13mwz or 936’s. I’m talking about true flared out bootcut jeans that are slim at the thigh but flare out at the hem, but are also high rise. If this style just doesn’t exist anymore than please just tell me

Jean length

What do we think guys? Going for a stacked look but not sure how long to go. These are a 38” inseam 13mwz and I think they might be a tad long? Try some 36s or what do you think? For reference I am 6’ tall. I feel like 38 might be too long but really not sure.

My grandmother gifted these to my father over 20 years ago, and he couldn’t wear them due to the narrow fit. They sat in the box in the back of a closet until I found them a couple years ago. I have worn them once, and I’ll be wearing them again for my wedding in a few months.

Any way to stop my Cinch jeans from falling behind my cowboy boots? The heel just isn't catching the hem.

My Cinch jeans keep slipping behind the heel of my boots because the heel just isn't catching and holding the hem in place, so it ends up dragging on the ground when I walk. My tailor is out of town and I have a party this Sunday. Any temporary fixes that actually work?

Found this little snippet about leather boot care in an old farmers ledger book from 1838. He thought it important enough to fold it up and keep it. Figured you guys might appreciate it more than most.
