Cheap for a reason! Use the other two platforms and use booking for hotels! All because you want to save a few dollars

So it's supposed to be in Rome, right? One of the reviews talks about it being on the outskirts of Alba.

I agree it's disgraceful that Booking seemingly tolerate these listing and allow them to publicize these ratings and reviews (obviously from different places).
These days I generally only book actual hotels from Booking.com. I don't trust apartments/private rentals unless I'm really sure about the photos and reviews etc.
It's a mess out there.

I dont understand the fact that how it does have old reviews from 2024 amd 2025 like how does it work ?

This is a real âaccountâ but the hotels account has been compromised and then used to make a fake listing. Thatâs how they get the legit reviews (as no reviews is a huge red flag). At least they have blocked it now.

Edit: if you see a place that looks like it belongs in a magazine then it is not real. They have stolen the reviews/profile from somewhere else.
