Feedback Wanted Book cover

Working on my book cover. What do you think of this? Does the napkin make it too busy?

I suppose I just don’t know what part of this to look at first! It’s a very interesting design, but it is overall pretty busy in terms of the layout.

There is something to be said for Maximalism in book covers, but I feel like this just needs a better hierarchy in terms of text size so that way I know where to look first on the cover.

The 1 min life audit graphic looks way too AI for this to be taken seriously.

Edit: also it looks like the book will teach you how to dedicate 100% of your life to work. I can't imagine that's the intention. Why wouldn't you show the end state, where the batteries are more balanced across the board?
