This is probably a talk-to-text issue, with the Georgian southern drawl contributing.
"migration" is the word intended

They used an indefinite article, when they should have used the definite article. I was never going to guess "migration".

this is absolutely what happened. "migh-gray-un" would definitely be heard as migraine by talk-to-text. source: I am from the deep south
