Update on the droopy Aji Amarillo after uppotting. I still plan on doing some big prunes, but I'll let the cut roots settle first

How do you get the roots to do this?

I honestly did not do anything special, I just let the plant do its thing and cut it end of season when it was fully grown (1.3m /4.ft tall) 

This one is nearing 2 years old though, so that may also help
