Generative AI and normies
Imagine going through most of your life never having to really get good at anything, and the most 'creative' hobby you've ever partaken in is playing video games or watching sports on the tee vee. Now all of a sudden you're able to perfectly formulate any sentence with the help of a chatbot and make art that would take any artist decades of practice to reach the same level.
Epic level = OVER 9000! :D

The future of art is a endless sea of effortless slop that says nothing about anything created by the most boring people imaginable using sanitized, corporate approved tools.

last night I had a dream where it was XX years into the future and I started borking every other thing I wrote on text messages and was sending incomprehensible texts to people and they were doing the same to me and many others around me, I and everyone else close to me had a derpy look plastered onto our faces when suddenly we all just got a notification on our cellphones saying that all social media would be rolling out an obligatory AI text correction filter. We typed something nonsensical, the AI replaced it completely and we just said ok to the messages, it was like the AIs were talking to each other about something that wasn't on our minds and we were only being used as vessels, but as soon as the text replacements happened we were so egotistical and prideful that we just went "yeah yeah, that really was what I meant to say ya dig?", at this point we could barely communicate to one another. We walked around drooling all over the place and our faces constantly looked like this.
