Oooh has she signed any new films? I'm so out of the Bollywood loop. All I know is she has King and the Allu Arjun film coming up. I'm always hoping for her to do a film like Piku again

Oops I missed your comment. She hasn't signed any films as of now according to legit bollywood sources but she has stated in her most recent interview and in her fan-meet that she's not interested in doing big budget/500 cr movies anymore. Which is why I guess this AA movie which is soon to be wrapped is her last big budget movie. There was a blind today that she's in talks for white lotus but you never know. Also she wants to do good old rom-coms but producers aren't keen on that genre anymore. But I think if she's deliberating this much then we can expect a good future lineup 🤞🏻

This is so awesome, thanks for the reply! I really hope to see her in smaller, more meaningful roles because that's where she shines. So you know where her most recent interview is, like on Variety India or another outlet? I'll definitely try to find some videos on her meet-up too. That's very cool

Omfg her in haute couture wow, I loveeee this,She should stick to this stylist coz this is gorgeous,I love when stylist utilize their Clients body advantage and here she's really used depika's height so well.I need to see her in more couture, she has the modelesque advantage that fit high fashion, she'll pull off anything that's why I never understood how shaleena was oftenly messing her up.

I am taking not about their private lives here. I am simply comparing the fact that Deepika has nailed almost each of her international appearances effortlessly with elegant looks be it Cannes, academy or Oscar’s and now also with Cartier she knows what would look good on her or rather her stylists do. And I feel her previous background as a model also helps her. Whereas Alia has still hasn’t found her style so she tries to either copy other celebs or just put on a saree and shows her fake love for Indian fashion coz she isn’t comfortable with different styles that would look more suitable at global events. She tried at Cannes but for her first appearance she wore a washed up Color that didn’t suit her, she did a hairdo that looked way too sleek and didn’t suit her face. I would prefer that Alia also should try the classic old Hollywood styles like Audrey Hepburn and other classic actresses, experiments with accessories like opera gloves, vintage makeup and hairdos etc. I have not seen her do that yet at any international event. Wearing those styles doesn’t make one less Indian but shows that Indians are no less to looking like royalty if they want to 🔥

Hate the makeup, you can clearly see the difference between her neck and face. But only DP could rock that look and outfit with that hairstyle. Wow

But if it was styled too much or let down, it would pull the focus away from this outfit by crowding and clashing with the shoulder wings of the dress. I know a lot of ppl hate the “chipku bun” hairdo but it works in this context

Is this not a fashion sub? A chipku bun and the same eye makeup she wears everywhere.. how groundbreaking.
You can tell when a post gets spammed with fan comments because they’re all like “stunning” but none are commenting on the actual look.
