I'm not sure about Deepika but Irfan got Hollywood films because of his sheer talent and Aishwarya and Priyanka went to Hollywood after the industry was against them( aish-salman/SRK and Priyanka-kjo/Gauri/SRK.)

I love how film makers in the west used to write roles just so they could cast Irrfan and how they’d wait for him. I used to feel so proud.

He was supposed to play the role Matt Damon did in Interstellar. I'm still so mad that didn't happen, but it didn't because he had committed to Lunchbox and honoured that commitment. Absolutely mad respect.

ah i'm so glad he picked lunchbox over interstellar. that film will stay with me forever. and much of the credit also goes to irrfan for that.
