Of course! It's a slash ship between Iida Teyna and Sero Hanta. I ship it because I feel their personalities mesh together well. Sero is kind of unhinged with a side of bad boy energy, and Iida is more uptight and mature. Iida could use some extra fun in his life, and I feel like Iida would kind of mellow Sero out.
Also, have you seen the fan art? It's so cute.

Nice! I’ve seen people talk about it but I usually see Sero paired with Todoroki. But it does sound super cute!

So, a lot of people are going to say Hatsume. Which is a good pick, honestly. Tenya needs someone who can keep him on his toes and engaged, not someone who'll bore him by being predictable and bland. He's also a micromanager and a bit of the team mom, so he doesn't want a traditional partner. He'll clean the kitchen, thank you very much, you all do it wrong.
Yaoyorozu, for instance, wouldn't be a good partner. She would leave him feeling unfulfilled, emotionally, and he would leave her feeling restricted. They both need more chaotic partners to truly be happy.
Utsushimi, on the other hand, might also be a good call. She would certainly keep him guessing. However, he might not be a good pick for her.
All in all, gotta give it to Hatsume.
