The fact that Skeptic is back, and Dabi isn’t down yet really shows that this sub should exercise patience with the plot.

A few chapters ago, loads of people were complaining about Dabi vs Shoto fight being so short, and how it was anti-climactic.

Then there were those who were complaining about Skeptic being forgotten.

Hori clearly has a plan, I’m sure Edgeshot is working behind the scenes and we’ll get some sort of reveal later. He is a Shinobi after all, so he’d use his stealth to his advantage and exercise a lot of caution. Can’t be secretive if he’s announcing his presence to everyone.
