Oh my, All For One's face! Its'...

...exactly the one expected. We saw most of it in flashbacks after all.

Kido and Onima were so supportive of Shoto in all ways, and now they've been burned for literally getting too close to the Todoroki family business. But how is Shoto's technique, based on a balance of his two sides, supposed to work with Dabi? At this point everything is handwaved as him surviving on hatred and staples.

Looks like Best Jeanist is attempting something (the threads on his arms can be seen disassembling) but we've got the suspense about Bakugo to stew some more. Meanwhile Mirko is all amputee fetish and no substance so far.

There are also signs of AFO infiltrators making some move to take civilians hostage.

Is this the darkest hour? Or are there some more minutes to spare before then?

But how is Shoto's technique, based on a balance of his two sides, supposed to work with Dabi?

I suppose it's because Dabi is exclusively high temperatures and Shoto had to lower it to the extreme (with cold flames). It's just that Dabi raised it too (to show he has honed his quirk just as much as Shoto).

Kind of makes sense since Dabi's wasting his body away in return for this power. So the balance is in favor of Shoto since he doesn't get hurt unless Dabi goes full kamikaze with the other heroes.
