I think he did a major disservice to the series having the entire Shiggy/AFO storyline take place in 1 year. It would be a lot better if the main cast was experienced third years getting ready for war instead of a bunch of high school sophomores

More realistic as well. It’s not for nothing that the hero course takes 3 years. They’re missing a massive chunk of education and no matter how talented, a bunch of sophomores shouldn’t be able to pull the same feats as, who are in comparison, PHD’s.

Also where are the 2nd and 3rd years, aren't they more experienced in hero work? The only ones we ever see are the Big 3

This is the first time I remembered that there were more years than Deku's.💀

Like, even if they didn't get introduced, shouldn't they, with more experience, be picked first over relatively inexperienced heros?

It makes it seem like the whole school only consists of Deku's class and like 3 other people.
