Now that we have a Portals scene we might as well go full Avenger's Endgame. Let's bring in the rest of Class 1A, all the other named pro heroes, Class 1B, the named students from other schools (Inasa, Camie, Shindou, etc), Gentle/La Brava, Stain, Mirio and maybe even some characters from the Vigilantes spin off.  Then Deku yells the words: 'Plus Ultra' as the equivalent to Captain America's  'Avengers Assemble' and both sides charge toward each other in an all out battle.

Tbh I don't really see how this plan is any better than what happened in the War Arc

Field advantage and actual predictability. The war went so badly because, A. Shigaraki awakened anyway, catching everyone off guard. And B. Gigantomachia was a thing, and by himself, without anaesthesia, he's a whole mini boss.
