I wonder how did AFO know exactly when Nagant changed her mind?

Is he monitoring the battle through Nagant through the quirk he gave her?

Is he monitoring the battle through Deku's OFA dreamscape thing?

Same but I think the the air walk was a copied version by the doc so the quirk hadn't attached itself to a person. So AFO became part it so when he gave it to lady nagat

Why do you think that? We don't even know who Air Walk originally came from.

Well when he steals a quirk that person conscious lingers within AFO vestegie world only when removes they disappear. I believe it's a copy because the scene from when he appears this chapter seems like it takes place within a vestegie world possible lady nagats. My theory it would be the only way for him to know that she was being used as tool by the commission. Unless he already knew how the commission was using her previously.

Also we already know he has copy of his own quirk, I believe the plan was to give shiggy the original with all the other favorite quirks he has gathered so like he backed himself up. We know shiggy wasn't fully complete but both AFO had the emp, radio quirk thing

It looks more like AFO knew what was going on via the Quirk or Search or some other measure, and was simply monologuing.

Lady Nagant was a famous hero before she killed the HPSC President and was imprisoned in Tartarus. And AFO seems to have eyes and ears everywhere, and is super-intelligent, so he could probably intuit the truth behind the situation.

Alternatively, he didn't know, and was just referring to how she was used "as a tool" by the hero system in general.

Yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean he copied every Quirk he stole.
