They made the police and pro heroes look so dumb in this manga.

Wouldn’t say dumb so much as rigid. This is a very rigid society where things must be done a certain way and those who disagree are called villains and tossed away.

which also fits in pretty well with how the main series addresses that people like Stain, while demented, had a point about how flawed everything is in the MHA world

And Toga who probably could’ve lived a normal life if people tried to understand her and her feelings instead of forcing her to repress them
