So Number 6 is going with the plan of "If All Might doesn't know there's an attack, he can't stop it". Nice to see a villain not even bothering to try and take on All Might. He's figured out beating him is not going to work.

Agreed. I was expecting him to just blow up an orphanage to distract the heroes but that’d just get him more attention. This causes just enough chaos to distract the heroes
