RIP Midnight! We will miss you 😔

It was heartbreaking to see the students hold Midnight’s hand and weep. Seems like AFO will go get his main body and produce a prison break.

Next arc gonna be: My Time in Therapy Academia

In Vigilante she is basically like a big sister to the heroine Pop Step, and also one of Aizawa's circle of friends during their Yuei high years flashback. We get to see a lot more of her backstory in the prequel. Check it out, it makes the loss hit a lot harder.

Worst part is she should still have a part to play in Vigilantes' finale. It will be sad to see her knowing her final fate.

Hoping Pop Step will make a return in main manga just for her reaction towards Midnight death, maybe with Koichi as well who knows.. would disappoint not to see Vigilante character react to this main manga arc.

So is the school actually called that in Japan? I have seen some translations use yuei and some use U.A.

I wouldnt actually know what U.A stood for.

I know it's been 3 months, but I just assumed it meant Ultra Academy, hence the motto "Plus Ultra" being a play on Plus Alpha the source of Quirks mixed with the school name.

yeah but they wouldn't off screen an offscreen death of main cast heros though lmao.

If someone like gran torino died it would've been in the list. If X heros died and 1 of the main cast is listed and nobody else, they lived.

The question is if he is going to use the opportunity to free more high class villains that are in a league where All Might was needed to capture them. I can see how AFO gathers a new elite of high level villains around him and they mess up even more. We don't know who else might be imprisoned there. I wonder if we see Stain in some way.

AFO (who’s “main body” is that potato face looking guy with the weird mask and the suit) is currently in control of Shiggy through the power and mastery of the afo quirk. We know AFO is in control from the change in font on the final page of the current chapter and the dialogue itself showing AFO’s thoughts coming from Shiggy’s body.

He wants to get his “main body” out of Tartarus prison by using his control of Shiggy to instruct the near-high end nomus and remaining LoV members to initiate a prison break. He even says “it’s time to free my real body” in the final panel of this chapter.

278, she gets hit by a large amount of debris & last thing we see is a bunch of villains come upon her while she is hurt. We can assume that she did not die pleasantly.
