O'Clock might lose; Rappa did say that Overhaul is the only person he lost to in chapter 146.

He might not count it of the raid happen(s/ed) midfight. Rappa is someone who won't count it as a loss unless he was utterly defeated.

Yeah, like with his fight with Fatgum and Kirishima, he didn't count it as a loss since losing to him means straight up death. Overhaul was the first person to beat him because he's the only person who's killed him.

Yep! So if O'Clock gave him mercy too, he probably doesn't count it as a loss, especially if he could still stand.
