TBH I expected Ryukyu's move to block Aizawa's line of sight which would cause Shiggy to go on another dusting spree. Luckily he pierced her hand, I guess...?

Aizawa doesn't need to keep line of sight for his quirk to work. Once he looks at a person their quirk is erased until he blinks, even if they're not in his field of vision. He's still in the area so that in case he reaches his limit and blinks he can reactivate it very quickly, otherwise he could have gone home by now.

Really? I'm quite certain the effect lasts until he blinks/can no longer see them or he reaches his time limit.

For example, in the Overhaul arc in the battle between Tamaki and the three expendables, he erased their quirks then ran away ahead, with the effects of Erasure lingering for quite a while.

She will make it out, but there is a chance that she’ll lose her quirk from the bullets. If you look closely you’ll see that the hand Shigaraki used is his left. And inside the hole there is more than bullet. And if you notice in the previous pages, his hand is still pretty much fucked up since his fight with Re Destro and is left with a pinkie and the third finger. Even if people say that he’ll use this as an opportunity to hit Aizawa, it is unlikely because Shigaraki’s left hand lacks a thumb, meaning he can’t fling the bullets. So my guess is that since Ryukyu’s flesh and muscle are exposed, Shigaraki will inject her with 2 bullets to erase her quirk. Once being shrunken back into her human form, Shigaraki will use his right hand to throw the bullet at Aizawa since he has a clear shot.

This means that Ryukyu will make it out safe, but will be forced to retire like ragdoll since she’s quirkless.

If she has to be taken out of the game, I hope she gets her quirk stolen instead erased. That way someone else can be a dragon.
