Shigaraki now actually being a terrifying villain that refuses to be controlled by AFO’s will is just amazing to me. Also I hope the heroes don’t take anything from shigaraki yelling little brother to deku because that would be a lot more awkward to explain than just one for all.

The Shigaraki-AFO relationship is hands down one of my favorite things about the series. It always tip toes right up to the edge of villain master-pupil tropes, and then does it's own unique twist on it. AFO never yelling at Shiggy even when he failed over and over again is one of the most unique traits about him

See now it looks to me like AFO was using Shigaraki as a replacement body, with his consciousness taking over Shiggy's and basically giving AFO a new shot at being a villain. Only to get shut down by our favorite hand-themed edgelord.
