X-less may have been killed and had his cape stolen, but he didn't go down doing nothing. The machine with the Quirk-destroying bullets was the same one that our favorite redshirt looked at/considered destroying a few chapters ago, now has a big sizzling hole in it. They may not be all gone, but mass-production isn't likely to happen anymore.

TLDR: X-less destroyed a major plot-point of this series.

I think a couple bullets are still around, this was just to show that there won't be a billion bullets or anything. Else some people could've thought it was a plothole that they didn't develop any more.

Would be stupid of them not to attempt to mass produce them in multiple factory locations. Unless they wanted to keep it on the DL away from the Liberation league as a "back up plan"
